How long does setup take?

Most clinics are fully set up within an hour. Create your account, add your branding, configure your services and schedule, invite your staff, and you're live. Need a hand? We're happy to help you get going.

Is my patient data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use role-based access controls, full audit logging, and follow healthcare data protection best practices. Your data is never shared or sold.

Can I use my own logo and branding?

Yes. Branding is included in our Premium plan. Use your own logo and colors on your booking page, and your patients will see your brand, not ours.

What happens after the free trial?

After 14 days, you can choose a plan that fits your clinic. If you don't subscribe, your account is paused (not deleted), and you can reactivate anytime without losing data.

Can I manage multiple clinic branches?

Not yet. RoRu is built to run a single clinic really well, so managing multiple branches from one account isn't supported right now. If you run more than one location, contact us and we'll help you find the best setup.

Do you offer migration from other systems?

We offer CSV/Excel import for patient data, and our team can help with custom migration from your existing system. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation, and you can export everything before leaving.
